Welcome to SnapSellPro. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SnapSellPro is an AI-powered listing automation tool for online resellers. We help you create product listings from photos and publish them to connected marketplaces. We are a tool provider, not a marketplace.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use SnapSellPro.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only list items that you legally own or are authorized to sell.
You must comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies.
You must not use SnapSellPro to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including descriptions, conditions, and pricing.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you must review and verify all listings before publishing.

4. Marketplace Connections

When you connect a marketplace account (e.g., eBay, Etsy), you authorize SnapSellPro to create and manage listings on your behalf through that marketplace's official API. You may revoke this authorization at any time through Settings. SnapSellPro is not responsible for marketplace fees, policies, or account actions taken by the marketplace.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos you upload and listings you create. By uploading photos, you grant SnapSellPro a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating listings. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Listing titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. SnapSellPro is not liable for inaccurate AI-generated content.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts have limited features and usage caps.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapSellPro is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost sales, marketplace account suspensions, or damages arising from use of our service, including AI-generated content errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Third-Party Marketplace Disclaimer

SnapSellPro integrates with third-party marketplaces including but not limited to eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others. The following disclaimer applies to all third-party marketplace integrations:

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC., EBAY INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
